UK Para Badminton Championships 2023

Players from our Canterbury Kings Para Badminton Team took part in the UK Para Badminton Championship in Glasgow.

Congratulations to Nick who won gold in the LD D2 men’s doubles, James taking silver in the SU5 men’s doubles and to Lesley & Arlene who won silver in the WH1/ WH2 ladies doubles.

There were some close matches and great performances from everyone who represented Canterbury Kings.

Our Badminton  coach Lesley said “I am proud of all the Canterbury Kings Disability players (including those that could not play in the tournament)”.
