Individual Squash Fitness

Squash requires multiple fitness elements; speed, strength, power, endurance and flexibility. Book a session with Tom, who will use his experience as a personal trainer, coupled with his knowledge of squash and racketball fitness requirements, to develop a specific training program. This will be tailored to individual needs and will improve your fitness for the game. Sessions will take place on court and in the gym and can be booked through Reception.

Junior Squash Coaching Courses

Our Beginners courses offer an ideal introduction to the sport and are also suitable for those that can maintain a rally. The Intermediate sessions are for those that have a wider range of shots and a better understanding of tactics and game play. The Advanced sessions will look further at the development of technique, moving correctly, fitness and tactics.

Advanced (competent players: 9+ years)

Wednesday   |   18:00 – 19:30

Beginners (beginners & intermediate 7+ years)

Saturday  |   09:00 – 10:30

* Ages are for a guideline only as some players will progress with ability rather than age, our coach is more than happy to give further advice on this.

Junior Squash Leagues

We have two Junior Squash Teams playing in the Kent Junior Leagues and invite anyone wanting to play in the Junior Teams to come along to our coaching sessions and talk to our coach Tom. New players are welcome.
