Many people live with daily obstacles such as stress, tension, muscle aches and pains. Massage can help with all of these issues by attacking the problem at its core point, enabling the body to relax and your mind to feel clearer. You will find a selection of treatments and therapies available at the Centre with both male and female masseus available depending on your personal preference, please stipulate at reception when booking. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a charge for your treatment.

Sports Massage can also cure and restore mobility to injured muscle tissue, boost performance and extend the overall time you can participate at your best.

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also improve your physical health and activity levels whilst helping you to prevent further injuries.

Reflexology

Based on reflex points in the hands and feet, that relate to other parts of the body, it helps to energise and relax whilst restoring the body’s natural flow and balance.

 

Swedish Massage

Aside from being calming and relaxing, Swedish Massage can improve blood circulation, lymphatic flow, relieve muscular tension, aid range of motion, improve muscle tone and the appearance of your skin.
