Junior Strength & Conditioning
Our Junior Strength & Conditioning courses for 11-16 year olds are designed to maximise sports performance. Participants will go through weightlifting, plyometrics and speed exercises along with core strength and flexibility. Our S&C coaches will design a training programme that will be individualised to the needs of the athlete and their sport.
