Congratulations to Efty & Ellen on passing their Aqua Instructor Course and becoming a qualified water fitness teacher. They will now provide cover for the 50+ Aqua classes that run on a Tuesday (12:45 – 13:30) and Friday (13:00 – 13.45).
Also, Congratulations to Ellen and Nathan who have passed their CYQ Level 3 Diploma In Exercise Referral. They will join our highly qualified Exercise Referral team who have supported many individuals through our 12-week referral scheme.
