U14’s Canterbury Kings Basketball
Yesterday our U14’s Canterbury Kings Basketball Team played in the Hoops Dream London Tournament at the ACS Cobham Sports Centre.
The team played amazingly in their group matches, winning both against Woking BlackHawks and Maidstone Warriors.
They qualified for the final but lost to a strong team from St Andrews School.
The team played with composure and patience on both ends of the floor, they should be really proud of themselves.
U16’s Canterbury Kings Basketball
Also, our U16’s team played against the Kent Crusaders U16’s team on Saturday, winning the match by 48-36.
During the game, coach Sam spoke about executing their offensive sets which the boys did successfully.
It was a fantastic game, with Canterbury Kings playing well as a team and trusting each other throughout the game.
