Pool Plant Operators Award

A number of our Recreation Centre staff have passed their “STA Level 3 Pool Plant Operators Award” this week. Some employees are new to this qualification, whilst others were renewing it. This STA Award aims to enable candidates to manage and maintain a swimming pool, by receiving the training necessary to reflect the most up-to-date requirements and standards for pool plant operation. This knowledge is vital for efficient and effective pool operations and the staff are looking forward to putting their knowledge into practise. The course was professionally delivered by Colin from “Pool Training Services”.
