Yoga builds strength, encourages flexibility and helps manage stress through attentive breathing. We encourage lightness of spirit, inquiry and know that Yoga is available to each and every person who chooses it. Please wear light clothing and feel free to bring your own mat.<\/p>\n
Wednesday and<\/strong> Friday<\/strong> morning classes include developing, varying and modifying poses and, occasionally, partner work.<\/p>\n Thursday <\/strong>daytime classes include breathing techniques, meditation and will help develop both strength and flexibility.<\/p>\n Sunday<\/strong> afternoon classes are quieter and calming, about both letting go and refreshing dormant energy. <\/p>\n Within this seated class, there is simple-to-follow guidance, delivered with gentleness and humour. Concentrating on your awareness and ability in your breathing and movement.
