Having been referred by a registered health professional (GP, Consultant, Physiotherapist, Dietician, Nurse Specialist, OneYou lifestyle advisor) you have the reassurance of knowing that physical activity is considered to be appropriate for you. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 12-week referral period is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and support to approach exercise in a manner that addresses your needs applying established principles of exercise for your referred condition\/s.
