Fitness Tests

If you participate in our Studio Cycling classes, we recommend you take part in one of these Fitness Tests on our IC7 bikes. As the fitness user, these tests will ensure your bike can be set specifically to you and your fitness.

Book your FREE Fitness Test today! One of our instructors will start you off on your warm up before guiding you through your chosen test. Good Luck!

5 Minute FTP
A 5 minute maximum effort on the bike. Whatever your average watts, the machine will minus 15% which results in your predicted FTP (Functional Threshold Power).

RAMP FTP
A progressive test. The bike will set a power target to be held, every 4 minutes the target increases. Keep going until you cannot hold the target.
