On Wednesday 16th September, Holly ran our very first Nutrition Webinar via Microsoft Teams which was a very informative session.

Following the success, we are launching an 8 Week Nutrition & Lifestyle Management Course starting Wednesday 16th October from 18:15-19:15.

The Course includes:

  • Week 1 – Eating habits, 24 hour food recall, measurements & goals
  • Week 2 – What makes a balanced diet & detailed look at macronutrients
  • Week 3 – Energy balance, sugar & fat – The Facts
  • Week 4 – Planning around small changes & eating out
  • Week 5 – Nutrition around a busy lifestyle, recipe adaptations, closer look at salt, fibre & micronutrients
  • Week 6 – Physical activity – what works best? Eating to support exercise performance, looking at protein in more detail
  • Week 7 – Body image, eating patterns & why we eat the way we do, motivation
  • Week 8 – Continuing your success beyond the 8 week program
