Fitness Personal Training

Personal Training sessions can cover a complete programme or target specific areas based on your personal fitness needs. We can provide advice on diet and nutrition and have instructors qualified in sports injury treatment and rehabilitation. Personal training is available to individuals, as pairs or even small groups. Sessions may take place in the Fitness Suite, Strength & Conditioning Room or another of our facilities which best suits your training requirements. Discounts of up to 25% are available when you purchase your sessions in bundles.

 

Full payment is required at time of booking. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Please see our Rules and Regulations for full booking and cancellation details.

These times are supervised by an instructor so 12 – 15 year olds can use the Fitness Suite without a parent or guardian.
